EXMSS Help Desk and Luggage Drop Off

During semester break contact courses, EXMSS runs Help desks at the Albany campus in Auckland and the Turitea campus in Palmerston North.
The purpose of the Help desk is to:
- help lost extramurals find their course,
- take bookings for return shuttle trips,
- have information to help your stay easier,
- answer general queries.
- You can also leave luggage with Help Desk staff either before you move into your hostel room or after you have vacated it (you will need to check out by 10am on your last day). Luggage is monitored during help desk hours only.
The EXMSS Help Desk at Albany is located on the East Precinct, Quadrangle A. Times vary depending on courses and are sign posted on site, for upcoming times please contact us at the email address below.
The EXMSS Help Desk at Turitea is located in the Students’ Centre, student lounge. It runs seven days 8.30am-5.30pm
