If you want accommodation close to Massey, Palmerston North try a place on Fitzherbert Avenue. The higher the street number, the closer to the University.

An upstairs loft with bed and study space is available from September 1st for temporary block course or extramural accommodation.  The house is two minutes’ walk from a Massey bus stop and within five minutes’ walk of a supermarket, The Warehouse and a variety of takeaways. It is also ten minutes’ walk from the Intercity and Newmans coach stops.

Smokers are welcome, provided they do not smoke inside.  Please be advised that I have two cats, so this may not suit someone with allergies or problems getting up a narrow staircase.

$30/night, weekly rates available on application.  Please provide your own food; you have full use of my kitchen equipment in the unlikely event that you should find nearby takeaway options unsatisfactory.
