Extramural Support Trust
What is the Extramural Support Trust?
The Extramural Student Support Trust has been set up to provide scholarships to distance students. Each year the Trust makes awards that are described in the EXMSS scholarship pages as well as making support available for students who can’t make ends meet.
By contributing to the Trust you are supporting students who deserve some help. Awards are made by the Trust Board; made up of Ralph Springett (President EXMSS), Steve Maharey (Vice-Chancellor of Massey), Anne Palmer (Student support), and Tiri Porter (Maori Representative on EXMSS executive committee).
Contributors receive recognition on our wall of fame and will receive news of the scholarship and award winners each year.
100% of your contribution will go into the Trust. Your contribution, no matter the size is appreciated.

The EXMSS Wall of Fame recognises those generous people who have made a financial contribution to the Extramural Student Support Trust, supporting extramural students.
- Gold badges honour those who have contributed $1000 or more;
- Silver badges honour those who have contributed between $500 and $1000;
- Bronze badges honour those who have contributed between $1 and $500.
